Welcome to Fiume! The new Italian restaurant from Chef Francesco Mazzei and D&D London. Fiume (the Italian word for river) sits right on the bank of the River Thames in Battersea Power Station’s Circus West Village.
With unrivalled views of the Thames and a large Mediterranean piazza-style terrace to enjoy them from, the restaurant is the perfect setting for tucking into rustic southern Italian recipes and aperitivos. Inspired by the traditional food of Francesco’s homeland, the Mezzorgiono, the restaurant will serve wholesome, hearty recipes made with fresh, vibrant ingredients from the Med.
Chef Francesco Mazzei will oversee Fiume as Chef Patron, while Head Chef Francesco Chiarelli will look after the day-to-day running. And these two have more than a name in common— as well as previously working together at both Sartoria and L’Anima, they’re also from the same region of southern Italy.
All the way from southern Italy to southern London, their cooking will be the finest Italian food to feast on South of the River!
Fiume officially opens on Friday 17th November. Reservations are now open!
