On Thursday 22nd February at 7pm, our Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei will be joined by Nina Parker of NINA, for an exclusive meat-free supper club! The two have concocted a menu based on recipes from each other’s cookbooks (which will be on sale on the night).
The menu revolves around a main course of Ricotta and Spinach dumpling with pizzaiola, building up to this with some crowd pleasing starters of arancini balls, aubergine croquettes and Grana Padano doughs, and ending with some sweet treats of vegan chocolate cake or an amalfi lemon tortetta, to name but a few!
The menu is priced at £40 per person, which includes the ALL the delicious food.
Having met Francesco as a young chef during the days of L’Anima, Nina Parker is a London based chef, writer and director of her own food company, ‘NINA’. She currently has two cookbooks out (NINA St Tropez and Capri) which both pay homage to the region’s stunning scenery and mouthwatering cuisine. After working in restaurants she now does private catering and counts Donatella Versace and Russel Brand amongst her clients. She has written content for publications such as Vogue and Conde Nast Traveller and creates daily recipes, restaurant recommendations on her popular Instagram @antoninaparker.
