Bold flavours by delicate design. Truffles are the staple to all Italian (autumn) menus and nascent in all dishes that exude true quality. In our kitchen we are using carefully sourced white truffles from the Piemonte region to ensure the utmost quality is brought alive in our dishes, and that no other flavours interfere with the truly regal ingredient.
We’re really thrilled to share our truffle tasting menu again using only white truffle from Alba, to create a 4 – course menu perfectly fit for autumn feasting.
