Join us for al-fresco yoga and brunch on Sunday 20th May when we will be welcoming the lovely Molly Robinson to host a Vinyasa Yoga class on our riverside terrace, followed by brunch with us at Fiume.
Molly will be teaching the class on our piazza-style terrace between 9.30 – 10.30am, followed by which we will welcome you at Fiume for an exclusive Spring brunch!
The class is priced at £25, which includes the full class and your choice of brunch dish. Dishes include a beetroot salad with yoghurt and salsa verde, seasonal grilled vegetable salad, avocado bruschetta with poached eggs, asparagus salad with soft boiled eggs and finally, the brand new Fiume smoothie!
For those who may be newer to yoga, Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic sequence of poses that emphasises the link between our breath and movement. This conscious link is what makes yoga a form of moving meditation. Whilst being both physically and spiritually energising, Vinyasa yoga helps sculpt & tone every muscle in the body, as well as calm and ground the mind. Your curiosity may have been spiked in the past by terms such as ‘downward dog’ or ‘tree pose’, if so Vinyasa is the class of exploration for you!
Your teacher for the morning Molly is a Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga instructor with a love of exploring how the body can move. Unlike other forms of yoga, she uses the flowing sequence of Vinyasa to use the mat as your time to play. With the aim to break down barriers, both mentally and physically, she will push your body through an hour’s dynamic flow that will challenge you to help you flourish.
T&C: We ask that all guests bring their own mat to the yoga class.
