Floral Gelato dessert at Fiume restaurant

Luxury Hospitality Magazine has included a nice piece on Fiume ahead of the RHS Chelsea Flower show round-up.

”Just a hop across the river from the Chelsea Flower Show itself, Fiume is getting into the summer spirit with its very own floral display and a special Jasmine-infused gelato from Francesco Mazzei topped with edible flowers and puffed Jasmine rice. Situated on the edge of the river, the beautiful plaza-style terrace will be decked out with foliage and blooms in collaboration with Peroni and in line with the D&D Blossom City campaign. Furthermore, inspired by the Chelsea celebrations a special floral cocktail has been created; the Fiore Royaleis a botanical blend of Gin, St Germain, Crème de Violettes, Lavender Syrup, Citrus and Rose Syrup.”
